I assume you have an Enterprise CA on Windows Server Enterprise? And you've run through all the ADConfig parameters creating and enabling the templates? I keep getting a "Certificate not issued (Denied) Denied by Policy Module 0x80094800" error. I've followed all the steps but it does not like the certificate template. Any ideas as to how to trouble shootthis? However, the instance is validated in spite of this error and further output is provided. There's a couple of warnings and errors listed. They refer to the Root CA, and the CA in the other subdomain being incorrectly configured for this instance. But everything is reported as being ok on the CA and DC in the subdomain where this particular instance exists. So as far as I can tell it's the ADConfig tool not being fully aware of how to handle this multi-domain/multi-instance setup. If you only get the error message, and no further output I would recommend to have a look in the log file that should have been generated. It should be called "ADConfigXXXX.log" and be in the same directory as ADConfig (provided you're not running the command from an iso.) Yes, I get the same error message.
