If no inventory is collected, the device will not receive applications. But you mentioned that it says "Downloading now" on the device, so am I correct in assuming that inventory is indeed collected? And is the device listed in the software distribution console under any groups? Do you get any errors if you try to manually install the same cab on the device? But when i try distribute software like your example here On the client mobile device in Managed Program "Downloading now " message appear and cab not dowloaded , i checked any event logs on the server and no error messages, i try connect to the 8530 port on mdm server and it's ok .
